Pricing questions
Is this a subscription or a free trial?
No. The web family map is sold as one-time lifetime passes: $4.99 once for 1 phone number or $19.99 once for unlimited phone numbers. There is no trial, no subscription and nothing renews.
What does the pass unlock?
A live family map in your browser at /app/map. You enter a family member’s phone number and the site creates an invitation link. Their live location, battery and speed appear on your map after they install AI Family Locator and accept.
Does a phone number alone show someone’s location?
No. A phone number only prepares an invitation. Location is shown only after the person installs the app, accepts and allows location sharing on their own device.
Which pass should I choose?
Choose the $4.99 pass if you want to add one family phone number. Choose the $19.99 pass if you want to add as many family numbers as you need.
Do I need to install anything?
Not to buy or view the map: the buyer uses any browser. Each family member you invite installs the iPhone app (an Android app can also accept invitations) and accepts.
Is this the same as an App Store subscription?
No. Web passes and App Store in-app subscriptions are separate purchases billed in different places. A web pass is paid once; App Store purchases are managed by Apple.
How do I get a refund or help?
Email support with your order ID within 14 days of the charge. See the billing terms. Nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
