Prices are in US dollars. Your payment provider may show the amount in your local currency, and taxes may be added depending on where you live. The exact amount is always shown on the checkout page before you pay. We may occasionally show a one-time discounted offer for a single phone number when you leave the checkout page; it follows the same one-time terms.
One-time payment, no renewal
Web passes are a single payment for lifetime access to the web family map. There is no trial, no subscription and no automatic renewal, so we never charge you again for a web pass and there is nothing to cancel. “Lifetime” means for as long as the AI Family Locator web service is offered.
A web pass unlocks the web map and invitations for your phone numbers. Location only appears for a family member after they install the AI Family Locator app, accept your invitation and allow location sharing; a phone number alone never reveals a location.
Web passes and App Store purchases are separate
In-app purchases made in the iPhone app are subscriptions or purchases billed by Apple and are managed by Apple: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. A web pass does not change an App Store purchase, and an App Store purchase does not unlock a web pass.
Older web subscriptions
If you bought a trial or a recurring web plan before the lifetime passes were introduced, it keeps the terms shown when you bought it and you can stop future renewals at any time on the Manage subscription page or by emailing support@yeahapps.me from the address you used at checkout. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds
If you were charged by mistake, were charged twice, or something did not work, contact us within 14 days of the charge with your order ID and we will review your request in good faith. Where the law of your country gives you a right of withdrawal or a refund, we honour it. A pass gives you immediate access to a digital service; where permitted, you agree that the withdrawal period ends when you start using it.
Receipts
Coda Payments may email a receipt for each payment. Your order ID is shown on the confirmation page; include it when you contact support.
