Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the AI Family Locator website at https://ailocator.app (the “Site”), plans purchased on the Site, and the AI Family Locator app (together, the “Service”). The Service is provided by Yury Mekhau, individual entrepreneur (“we”, “us”). By using the Service or buying a plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AI Family Locator lets people who know each other share their locations in a private family circle, receive arrival and departure alerts, view location history, send SOS alerts, see battery alerts and driving summaries, and use the Family AI assistant. Features may change as we improve the Service.

2. Consent is required

You may only use the Service to see the location of people who have knowingly agreed to share it with you by installing the app and accepting your invite. You must not use the Service to track anyone without their permission, to stalk, harass or monitor another adult covertly, or in any way that breaks the law. Parents and guardians are responsible for using the Service appropriately with their children. We may suspend accounts that misuse the Service.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a plan. You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address you provide and for keeping your account secure.

4. Web passes and billing

Web access is sold as one-time lifetime passes. The price is shown before you pay; a pass is a single payment, with no trial and no automatic renewal. Web plans bought before lifetime passes were introduced keep the terms shown at purchase. Full details are in our Billing & cancellation policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Payments

Web payments are processed by Coda Payments and its partners, which may act as merchant of record or payment facilitator. We do not receive or store your full card details. Taxes may apply depending on your location. Purchases made inside the app through the App Store are governed by Apple’s terms and billed by Apple.

6. Cancellation and older plans

Lifetime web passes do not renew, so there is nothing to cancel. If you hold an older recurring web plan, you can stop future renewals at any time on the Manage subscription page or by emailing support@yeahapps.me; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

7. Acceptable use

• Don’t use the Service unlawfully or to harm others.
• Don’t try to access other users’ data, reverse engineer, disrupt or overload the Service.
• Don’t resell the Service or use it for commercial monitoring of employees or customers.

8. Location accuracy and safety features

Locations depend on the device, its settings, GPS, Wi‑Fi and mobile signal, and may be delayed or inaccurate. SOS alerts notify your family circle; they are not a substitute for emergency services. The Service does not detect falls or crashes and is not a medical device. Family AI provides general ideas and is not medical, legal or psychological advice.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and content, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it in line with these Terms.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by inaccurate or delayed location data, network outages or misuse by other users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms, with a pro-rata refund where required by law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in the Service before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller’s place of registration, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
