# Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Yury Mekhau, individual entrepreneur (“we”) handles personal data on the AI Family Locator website and when you buy a plan on the web. Data processed inside the app — including locations, places, history and optional Apple Health sharing — is described in the [AI Family Locator app privacy policy](https://ilego.github.io/ailocator/privacy.html).

## What we collect on the website

## The phone number you enter

When you type a family member’s number to set up an invite or use the phone number lookup, it is processed **in your browser** to check its format and country. It is not sent to our servers or stored by the website.

## Payments

Payments are processed by Coda Payments and its payment partners. They receive the data needed to complete the payment, such as your email, country and payment details, and handle it under their own privacy policies. We never receive full card numbers.

## Who processes data for us

-   **Vercel** — website hosting and serverless functions.
-   **Upstash** — secure storage of order and plan records.
-   **Coda Payments** — payment processing.
-   **Google and Meta** — ad measurement, only if you accept cookies.

Some processors are located outside your country. Where required, transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

## What we never do

-   We don’t sell personal data.
-   We don’t use location data for advertising.
-   We don’t let anyone see a person’s location without their consent.

## Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent for cookies at any time (clear the site’s storage or use your browser settings). ## Legal bases

We process data to perform our contract with you (plans and payments), to meet legal obligations (tax and accounting), for legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement) and with your consent (marketing cookies).

## Children

Plans can only be bought by adults. Parents decide whether and how their children use the app.
